Data from the NYSP shows more tickets were issued this holiday season vs the previous year.

New York State Police Troop G covering Warren, Washington, Saratoga and other counties issued over 4100 tickets during the over the Christmas and New Year’s holiday period.  Statewide troopers issued a total of 47,711 as part of the “Drive High Get a DUI” national campaign.  That’s nearly 2,000 more than last year.  The initiative, which targeted impaired and reckless drivers, began on December 10th and ended New Years Day.
