NYS Budget

The NY State Budget will be late again this year and a debate over green energy appears to be the cause.

The NY State budget is due by midnight tonight which marks the April first start of the state's fiscal year.  Senator Dan Stec is of the opinion that  the deadline will be missed as the Governor and Democrat leaders continue to debate the state’s green energy plan and its effect on the cost of electricity.  Senator Stec believes state leaders are nowhere near an agreement.
