Parks Celebration

A Lake George Park will take part in the upcoming "I Love My Park" day according to the NY Parks Department.

Registration is now open for the 15th annual I Love My Park Day, which will be held on Saturday, May 2nd at state parks, historic sites and public lands statewide.  Locally, Lake George Battlefield Park is one of the locations participating.  Volunteers will spread mulch, pick up leaves and plant trees.  The I Love My Park Day event starts at 10 at Battlefield Park on Fort George Road.
