Saratoga Springs is #17 on the top 20 cities by WalletHub
Finance company WalletHub has released its 2024 Best Small Cities in America study. Among the Top 20 is Saratoga Springs coming in at 17. The Glens Falls Fire Department confirmed that one person died in a house fire on Wednesday night. The fire broke out just after 9:30 p.m. on Fourth Street.
