A Saratoga County man is accused of using a 4-year-old child to produce child pornography. Eric Mosier, 37, of Galway, had the child engage in sexually explicit conduct for the creation of child sexual abuse material in March and May of this year, reports WNYT. Mosier was charged with sexual exploitation of a child.
A Ballston Lake man is accused of driving while intoxicated. According to WNYT, officers stopped Jack P. Stahura, 24, at the Northway rest area in Clifton Park around 12:30 a.m. on Wednesday for traffic violations. Stahura had a blood alcohol content of 0.10%, according to the Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office. The legal limit is 0.08%.
