Glens Falls leaders got to show off what $10 million in state money has done for the city. WNYT reports Mayor Bill Collins led state Comptroller Tom DiNapoli on a tour of downtown, including the renovations on State Street.
About $5 million of that funding went to the new Market Center, which the city is about to open on South Street and was once home to a rundown bar.
