A 34 year old Hudson Falls man is facing a felony charge after authorities say he accepted about $9,500 for a painting project but never completed the work or returned the money. The Washington County Sheriff’s Office charged Andrew Smith with third-degree grand larceny. He was arraigned and released and is due back in Dresden Town Court. Smith also faces similar charges in Hudson Falls.
