Ticonderoga Police on Monday, were asking for the public’s help in locating 11 year old Willow Belden. She was last seen on New York State Route 22, north of the Fort View Inn restaurant. Police say she was wearing a yellow hoodie and pink sweatpants at the time. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Ticonderoga Police Department at 518-585-3456.
