Neal Estano

Meteorologist Neal Estano began his broadcasting career in 1986 on the very first morning newscast in Albany and spent the majority of his career predicting the Capital District weather for local TV. His career expanded to Jacksonville, Baltimore and the Weather Channel in Atlanta.

After retiring from tv broadcasting in 2023, Neal’s passion for the Adirondacks led him to living off-the-grid and sharing his experiences with his social media followers.

In July 2025, Neal returned to 93.5 Lake FM to forecast the weather for the region he calls home.
