A Ballston Spa man is headed to prison after scamming more than a dozen homeowners out of thousands of dollars. Prosecutors say 29 year old Zaire Daniels took payments for home renovation and outdoor projects but never completed the work. One victim was 101 years old. Daniels pleaded guilty and was sentenced to up to seven years in prison and ordered to pay more than 32-thousand dollars in restitution.
