A cannabis cultivation and packaging facility in Chestertown could shut down later this summer, putting 37 jobs at risk in Warren County. Etain LLC filed a WARN notice with the New York State Department of Labor indicating the facility is expected to close permanently in August. County officials say workforce assistance will be offered to affected employees. The facility is currently operated through cannabis company Fluent Corp., which is being acquired by another cannabis business later this year.
