27 year old Zachary M. Nick has been arrested following an investigation into an assault in Hadley that took place earlier this year. Saratoga County deputies say the February 21st incident happened on Kings Road, where Nick is accused of forcing a victim to the ground and placing a knee on the person’s neck. He was charged with endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person and released on an appearance ticket pending action in Hadley Town Court.
