A Washington County grand jury has indicted 45 year old Ronald Guilder Jr. on murder, strangulation and evidence tampering charges in the death of 41 year old Jessica Keenan of Kingsbury. Investigators say deputies found Keenan dead in her apartment in April following reports of a domestic disturbance. Guilder remains jailed without bail and is scheduled to return to court July 17.
