Matthew Dylewski of Corinth is scheduled to be sentenced today in Saratoga County Court after pleading guilty to criminally negligent homicide in the death of his 3 year old daughter, Joycelynn. Prosecutors say the child died in February 2025 from acute and chronic neglect. Her mother, Samantha Dylewski, was recently sentenced to up to four years in prison.
