A 50 year old Eric M Dorozynski of Utica is facing DWI and obstruction charges following an early morning disturbance call in Clifton Park. Deputies say he was found operating a vehicle while intoxicated and refused a chemical test. Authorities also say he refused to provide fingerprints and identification. Dorozynski was released on appearance tickets and is due back in Clifton Park Town Court.
