A Westchester County police officer is facing a driving while intoxicated charge following a fatal motorcycle crash in Lake George. Warren County Sheriff’s officials say 33 year old Michael Kilduff was riding with a group of motorcyclists, including his brother, 31 year old Brian Kilduff, who was killed in the May 31 crash near Route 9. Investigators say Michael Kilduff was charged with DWI and refused a breath test.
