Empire State Winter Games get under way tomorrow with a ceremony at the Lake Placid Olympic Center.

This 46th Empire State Winter Games kick off tomorrow.  Athletes from across New York, the Northeastern United States, and Canada are expected to participate.  The games will feature ice hockey, figure skating, luge, Nordic skiing, speed skating, and this year bowling was added.  The games start with an opening ceremony tomorrow at 7 pm in Lake Placid at the Olympic Center’s Herb Brooks Arena.  This year’s theme is “Where Chill Meets Will.”
