  49 year old Donald Barnes of Malta has been charged with endangering the welfare of a child. State Police say the school bus driver allegedly tried to kiss a child on the mouth during an incident in Malta. Barnes was placed on administrative leave and released on his own recognizance after arraignment.

  42 year old Amy Bradway of Saratoga Springs is accused of stealing clothing, cigarettes and a lighter from a Canal Street home in Schuylerville.
