35 year old Robert Richards Jr. of Warren, New Hampshire, is charged after police say he twice violated an order of protection at a Saratoga Springs store Sunday. Officers say Richards fled in his car, crashed at Route 50 and Northline Road, then refused to get out. He surrendered after about 15 minutes on the phone with police. Charges include reckless endangerment, criminal contempt and fleeing an officer.
