29 year old Alexander Bechand of Saratoga faces multiple charges after deputies say he strangled a minor during a disturbance on Burke Road. He’s also accused of damaging more than fifteen hundred dollars’ worth of property and preventing someone from calling 911. Charges include felony strangulation and criminal mischief, along with assault, child endangerment and weapon possession. Bechand was arraigned in Saratoga Town Court and sent to the county jail.
