The two parents of a 3-year-old girl in Corinth who died in February were back in court Tuesday afternoon after being charged last week with criminally negligent homicide. WNYT reports Samantha Dylewski, 32, and Matthew Dylewski, 33, are accused of causing the death of their daughter Joycelynn Dylewski on Feb. 19. Investigators have said that she had been living in deplorable conditions with significant bug infestation at 231 Main St., Apt. 4.
