A Siena College freshman from Saratoga Springs has been charged with arson after he allegedly set three fires in a Siena dorm in April, reports the Daily Gazette. 19 year old Joshua Thomas was been indicted in Albany County Court on two felony counts of second-degree arson and one count of second-degree attempted arson.
Thomas is accused of setting three separate fires at a Hines Hall dorm room last month, officials said.
