The Milton man accused of killing an Elvis tribute artist is set to go on trial next week. WNYT reports Ronald Rayher appeared in Saratoga County Court on Thursday for a pre-trial appearance. Rahyer is facing charges of second-degree manslaughter and tampering with physical evidence in the death of TJ Krider.
