  The Golden Corral in Queensbury has reopened after being seized by the state over unpaid taxes. The restaurant on Quaker Road was closed Tuesday with a tax warrant balance of more than 923-thousand dollars. Its owner, Syracuse GC, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy the same day, allowing the business to regain possession and resume operations.

  Saratoga, Warren and Washington counties are sharing more than two-and-a-half million dollars in state infrastructure grants. Saratoga County will receive one million dollars for major water system upgrades in Waterford supporting a planned 206-unit housing project.
