Saratoga County will receive one million dollars for major water system upgrades in Waterford supporting a planned 206-unit housing project. Warren County gets one million dollars to replace aging water mains and rehabilitate Lake Luzerne’s water storage tank. Washington County will receive 660-thousand dollars for sewer and pump station upgrades in Fort Edward, supporting a planned 32-home development.
