• Vermont Man Charged With Aggravated Domestic Assault

  Police in Fair Haven, Vermont arrested 47 year old Lawrence V. Lamb following a reported domestic dispute on Pine Street. Police say Lamb injured another household member during a physical altercation and threatened the person with a deadly weapon. Lamb was taken to the Marble Valley Correctional Center.

  Cleanup continues in the Wilton area after two tornadoes struck last week. Crews have removed hundreds of yards of debris, while some homeowners have paid for cleanup themselves. Officials are asking residents to photograph damage for insurance before moving lumber to the roadside for removal.

• Saratoga County Man Sentenced in Drug Case

  A judge has sentenced 49 year old Kenny Seales to eight years in prison and five years of probation. Seales admitted possessing about eight ounces of cocaine and nearly half an ounce of fentanyl during a traffic stop on the Northway in Malta last August.

• Clifton Park Woman Accused of Store Theft

  The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office arrested 62 year old Christie A. Tarsa of Clifton Park on a warrant. Deputies say an investigation shows that Tarsa and at least one other person stole more than one thousand dollars in merchandise from a Halfmoon home improvement store back in April. She was released pending court proceedings.

• Quitline Campaign Encourages Tobacco-Free Homes for Pets

  The New York State Quitline has launched its “Quit for Your Pet” campaign to highlight the dangers of secondhand smoke, vapor and tobacco residue to animals.
