  A license plate reader alert led to a homicide arrest in Saratoga County. An officer stopped a truck flagged in connection with a Connecticut homicide and arrested 55 year old Michael Ranger. Ranger was extradited to Rocky Hill, Connecticut, where he was charged with homicide.

  43 year old Brooke P. Underwood of Saratoga Springs faces drug charges following a driving complaint on U.S. Route 9 in Malta. Deputies charged her with driving while ability impaired by drugs and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

• Stillwater Man Faces Felony DWI Charges

  34 year old Eric J. Herber of Stillwater faces felony DWI charges following a domestic incident call in Saratoga. Deputies say Herber was driving with a blood alcohol level of point-one-two while his license was revoked. He was released pending a Saratoga Town Court appearance.
