58 year old Richard Toelk Jr. of Indian Lake has been sentenced to 364 days in jail for defrauding an elderly woman. Prosecutors say Toelk accepted 40 thousand dollars from the then-82 year old victim as a down payment on a home he did not own. Toelk, convicted of grand larceny in January, was also ordered to repay the full 40 thousand dollars.
