  A moose was caught on video trotting along Queensbury Avenue near Floyd Bennett Memorial Airport Tuesday morning. The animal was spotted around 6:35 a.m. State wildlife officials say moose are most active from dusk to dawn and warn drivers to use extra caution because vehicle collisions are a significant cause of moose deaths.

• Granville Man Accused of Stealing Three Vehicles in Fort Edward

  18 year old Remi Fordley of Granville faces several larceny charges after deputies say he stole three vehicles in Fort Edward. Two thefts happened in late May and another was reported earlier this week, on Monday. Fordley was arrested the next day and held at the Washington County Jail following arraignment.

• Glens Falls Man Faces Harassment Claims and Backlash

  34 year old Gage Wright of Glens Falls says he has been falsely accused of recording children at Crandall Park. Friends say Wright, who has autism, has since been mocked online and physically assaulted several times. Police have warned residents against vigilante actions and urged anyone with concerns to contact authorities instead.

• Mechanicville Woman Charged With Arson After Garage Fire

  A 46 year old Mechanicville woman is facing several charges after a garage fire on South Main Street. Police say Alisha Cooper intentionally set the fire and also tried to burn a truck during a separate incident. No injuries were reported, and investigators say the case may involve an ongoing family dispute.
