Kingsbury Man Arrested Twice in One Day

Washington County deputies say William V. Kuster was arrested twice October 25 in Kingsbury. He allegedly assaulted someone during a confrontation, then returned after his release, violating a newly issued protective order. He faces charges including felony criminal contempt and aggravated family offense. Kuster was released again, with the order remaining in effect.
