Two Ballston Spa residents face charges after a license plate reader flagged a stolen vehicle in Clifton Park early Tuesday. Saratoga County deputies stopped it on Old Route 146 just before two a.m. They say 35 year old Tiffany Almy and 38 year old Anthony Beddow knowingly possessed the vehicle, reported stolen from Saratoga Springs. Both were charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property and sent to Saratoga County Jail after appearing in court.
