A Troy man faces charges after investigators say he helped steal air conditioning units from the back of a building in Halfmoon. The Saratoga County Sheriff’s Office says 40 year old Donald J. Gendron III conspired with two other people to take property worth more than three thousand dollars and cause more than 15 hundred dollars in damage. He faces grand larceny, criminal mischief and conspiracy charges. Gendron was released after arraignment.
