Ballston Lake Man Faces Three Felony DWI Charges
Tyler Maguire of Ballston Lake faces three felony DWI charges following separate arrests in Saratoga County since March. The latest occurred August 20 in Clifton Park. Police say a 2022 misdemeanor DWI conviction elevated the new charges to felonies. Maguire is due in court Wednesday.

Hudson Falls Man Arrested After Five-Hour Standoff
Hudson Falls police arrested 45 year old Jeremy Austin following a five-hour standoff on Ferris Street. Police say Austin threatened a woman, himself and officers before surrendering. Several firearms were seized. Austin faces assault, unlawful imprisonment, grand larceny and criminal mischief charges.
