  A 30 year old Troy woman is facing DWI and reckless driving charges after a two-car crash in Saratoga Springs. Deputies say Amy Pivoda rear-ended a vehicle stopped on Route 9P near the Saratoga County Veterans Memorial Bridge Wednesday afternoon. Two people in the other vehicle were hospitalized with injuries described as non-life-threatening.
