SpaceX rocket reponsible for jellyfish cloud early Tuesday

That strange glowing cloud you may have seen moving low across the southeastern sky around 6:40 yesterday morning was a SpaceX launch from Cape Canaveral in Florida traveling up the East Coast. The exhaust plume from the Falcon 9 creates an effect that looks like a jellyfish during launches that take place around early dawn. The Dragon spacecraft is carrying more than 6,300 pounds of supplies and research to the International Space Station, with docking scheduled for tomorrow.
