Tully’s Good Times will operate the popular one dollar Potato Booth at this year’s Great New York State Fair. Potatoes, butter, cheese and sour cream will all come from New York State Grown and Certified farms and processors. More than 70 thousand potatoes were served at the booth last year. The fair opens August 26 and runs through Labor Day, September 7.

  • Glens Falls Woman Charged After Death of Person in Her Care

    30 year old McKayla Irish of Glens Falls is charged with endangering the welfare of an incompetent or physically disabled person. Saratoga County deputies say she failed to perform required temperature checks every four hours on someone in her care. The person developed a high fever and died several weeks later at Saratoga Hospital.

  • Whitehall Man Wanted in Florida Arrested

    29 year old Jabe Rockwell of Whitehall has been arrested as a fugitive from justice in connection with a Florida case. Authorities say Rockwell was wanted by the U.S. Marshals Service on felony charges of aggravated abuse of a disabled person and battery stemming from an incident in Citrus County.
