Wheatfields to Close After 38 Years in Saratoga Springs

Wheatfields Restaurant and Bar on Broadway in downtown Saratoga Springs will close Saturday after 38 years. Owners Tim and Colleen Holmes announced the decision this week and thanked customers, employees and the community for their support. The couple has owned the restaurant for 22 years. Wheatfields in Clifton Park and Beer Wine Pizza on Weibel Avenue will remain open. Gift cards bought at the Saratoga Springs restaurant can be used at the Clifton Park location.
