A woman already facing charges in a fatal Saratoga County drunken driving crash is now accused of submitting false paperwork to the New York Department of Motor Vehicles to obtain a conditional driver’s license. Prosecutors say she falsely claimed she worked at Bentley’s Tavern, where they say she no longer worked. She also faces charges including vehicular manslaughter, DWI and tampering with evidence. Trial is set to begin August 31.
