A new federal pilot program could speed construction of Regeneron’s planned two billion dollar pharmaceutical manufacturing campus in Saratoga Springs. The FDA selected the project to receive early guidance aimed at reducing approval delays. The facility is expected to create about one thousand permanent jobs and 500 construction jobs.
