  State Police arrested 35 year old Nolan Gaige of Albany for allegedly stealing more than 140 computers from a Saratoga County business. Investigators say the electronics, worth more than 50 thousand dollars, were taken over several months and sold. Gaige faces second-degree grand larceny.

• Hudson Falls Man Arrested After Five-Hour Standoff

  Hudson Falls police arrested 45 year old Jeremy Austin after a five-hour standoff on Ferris Street. Police say Austin threatened a woman, himself and responding officers following a domestic incident. He surrendered voluntarily and faces assault, unlawful imprisonment, grand larceny and criminal mischief charges.

• Two Businesses Cited in Underage Alcohol Detail

  State Police say two Saratoga County businesses sold alcohol to underage operatives during a compliance check. Saratoga Wine Exchange in Ballston Lake and Yazzy Market in Ballston Spa were cited. Two people face charges of unlawfully dealing with a child. Twelve other businesses passed the check.

  Water systems across the Adirondacks and North Country will receive 670 thousand dollars in state grants to improve cybersecurity.
